Shipping & Return Policy

*Hound & Harbour does not accept return or exchanges on vintage or antique goods. Due to the one of a kind nature of these items, please make sure to look through all images and descriptions prior to purchasing. Please email houndandharbour@gmail.com for additional details or photos if anything is unclear.

*While all items are available for pick up in Southeastern Connecticut or Southern Rhode Island lieu of shipping, some larger items are pick up only. This will be designated on the item description. Payment for in-person pick up may be Venmo, cash or check rather than credit card.

*Shipped goods are carefully packed and shipped via USPS from our Connecticut location. Please allow an extra day to process and pack vintage goods.

*If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email at houndandharbour@gmail.com within a week of delivery.

*Hound & Harbour does not ship internationally at this time.
